Head Coach June Daugherty announced Wednesday that the WSU women’s basketball program received National Letters of Intent from three athletes.
Daugherty received LOI’s from Hana Potter, Sage Romberg and Brandi Thomas.
Thomas, from Elma, led Elma High School to a fourth-place finish at the state championships as a junior. The 6-foot-1 guard earned the Evergreen Conference’s Co-Most Valuable Player and Defensive Player of the Year awards following her junior season.
Romberg is rated the No. 73 player in the country by the All-Star Girls Report and Potter garnered the No. 43 post ranking by HoopGurlz.
